Access Information

CAR PARK & ARRIVAL AT THE VENUE

The Transbordeur car park is strictly reserved for the venue’s staff, people with disabilities and people with reduced mobility. If this applies to you, please contact us in advance using our contact form. When you arrive, a reception agent will guide you to the designated parking spaces, followed by another agent who will give you priority access to the room with an accompanying person if necessary.

If you are using another means of transport, you can report directly to our reception staff at the entrance to the building, who will give you priority access to the room with an accompanying person if necessary.

INSIDE THE VENUE

The venue, built on the site of a former water treatment plant, unfortunately does not have a dedicated platform for people with disabilities. It is not possible to guarantee systematic seating for people with disabilities, except in special cases (concerts or shows in seated configuration with free seating or seated and standing). Considering the architecture of the venue, the visibility of concerts may be affected in the free standing configuration (our main configuration), particularly on busy evenings.

If you need any special arrangements for your visit, please contact us and we will deal with each request on a case-by-case basis.

On site, our reception team is on hand to answer any questions you may have, to give you the best possible welcome and to ensure that you have the best possible time in our venue.
